How we vet
Every recommendation is bought, used for a stated window, and disclosed — or it doesn’t publish. This is the method, and it’s enforced by the build, not just our word.

The process
- 01
We buy it ourselves
Every product is purchased at retail. We do not accept gifted units, and a brand cannot pay to be reviewed or to change a verdict.
- 02
We use it daily for a stated window
No first-impression verdicts. Each product is used for a published duration — typically four weeks or more — before we form an opinion.
- 03
We log what changed, and what didn’t
We keep a structured journal — dose, timing, the outcome we were watching, and the things that stayed the same. The method is published beside the result.
- 04
We disclose every affiliate link
Where we earn a commission, the link is marked at the click and carries rel="sponsored nofollow". Disclosure is never buried, and it never changes what we recommend.
- 05
The verdict only publishes if it’s earned
A badge cannot exist without a recorded test — that rule is enforced by the build itself. If a claim isn’t backed by evidence, the page does not ship.
What our honest signals mean
Each signal you see on a card has a single, build-enforced definition. These are the only badges we use.
Used daily by our team for the stated duration before any verdict.
Evidence required: At least four weeks of continuous documented use.
A third-party certificate of analysis backs the purity and potency claim.
Evidence required: Linked third-party certificate of analysis.
Top of its category after head-to-head comparative testing.
Evidence required: Comparative testing notes against named alternatives.
Lowest price-per-dose in its category at review time.
Evidence required: Price-per-dose comparison.
What we never do
- Pass off gifted or sponsored units as independent.
- Run paid placements or “best of” lists we haven’t tested.
- Publish a “to-date” count we cannot itemize.
- Make medical or cure claims about any product.
- Show a badge that isn’t backed by a recorded test.
Where we are, honestly
We’re early. Every number here is itemizable — we’d rather show a small true count than a big invented one.

Who does the testing
Earthy Haven Lover Editorial
The editorial team that tests every product before it earns a verdict. We buy what we review, use it for a stated duration, and publish the method alongside the result.
Independent hands-on testing methodology, documented at /how-we-vet.
