What we collect

- Privacy-first analytics. We use aggregate, cookie-light analytics to understand which pages are useful. It does not build advertising profiles of you.
- No accounts at launch. We don’t ask you to register, and we don’t collect health information.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your personal data.
- We don’t run cross-site advertising trackers.
- We don’t collect data we don’t need.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in every email.
- You can request access to, or deletion of, your subscriber data — handled through our email provider.
